Your enquiry and your privacy

The enquiry form on this website is provided through Typeform. Information you submit through it is sent to Typeform for Selma to review and respond to your enquiry. Please review the information and choices presented in the form before submitting it.

What to include

For enquiries about a gathering, group, retreat, or event, please keep messages to practical questions. Do not send medical records, personal trauma history, or other sensitive clinical information through an enquiry form.

How it is handled

New enquiries are submitted through Typeform. Enquiries previously submitted through the former website form remain in the website’s hosted database and can be viewed through Selma’s restricted owner inbox. You can request deletion or correction by contacting @balkanmamatherapy or replying when Selma contacts you.

Website measurement

The website counts page views and clicks to the Bosnia retreat or invitation form. Historical counts also include form starts and enquiry submissions from the previous enquiry form. These are aggregate counts, not individual browsing profiles. The website’s own measurement uses no tracking cookies and skips optional events when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Temporary hashed network identifiers are used to limit automated submissions.

External services

Reviews are provided through Senja. The embedded enquiry form and the separate Bosnia invitation form use Typeform, and links to Instagram open that service. These providers handle information under their own privacy policies.
